OUR PROCESS OF MAKING CREAMED HONEY:
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time and sometimes those crystals become very large, making it difficult to fully enjoy what was once 'liquid' honey.
Creamed honey's texture is smooth, making for a favorable consistency that is easy to spread. The process of making creamed honey allows for finer crystals, which can be more pleasing to the palate than the large crystals that form over time.
Our creamed honey has been lovingly made in very small batches following the Dyce Method where our honey is gradually warmed, slowly cooled, then softly mixed with our finely crystallized seed honey to achieve pure, dreamy deliciousness!
The entire process takes quite a bit of time, love, and patience - but honestly, our blue ribbon-winning creamed honey is well worth it!
